Not that much of a Democrat

I saw this tattoo today on one of the forums I routinely surf as part of my job. I have to say, while the art is fantastic, I wonder who in their right mind would do this? I am not against tattoos at all, I think their are two times when you should get tattoos. First is when it means something to you, REALLY means something to you. You should never get a tattoo because your friends are doing it, or because you think having a dog, cat or insert other animal here is cute. Tattoos are something you do to memorialize or link your self to something, be it person, animal place, object or feeling. The second time is when tattoos are your life, you live, breathe and belong to tattoos. I like Obama and will be voting for him, I just won’t get him tattoo’d on me.

Mark Wahlberg talks to animals.

A friend linked this to me today, have to say I found this funny. On a normal day I would have been like whatevah! But I guess its just the mood I am in today.

Got to love the Phishers

Got a new phishing email in today, which was not caught by Google spam. Claims I won an “Microsoft Lottery” in the Netherlands? Now don’t get me wrong, I am American, I live in Florida….Microsoft is based out of Redmond, Washington. Why would a lottery done by Microsoft be paying on a bank in the Netherlands? Just me but come on, so I did a little research on this and it appears people are sending THOUSANDS of dollars via western union to try and claim their prize. COME ON PEOPLE!? A bank is telling you they need funds from you to wire the funds? HELLO, if they charge a fee they take it OUT of the money they are sending you. I did report the email as a phishing email to gmail, Anyway here is the text of the email.

Rachel Ray excited about corn?!?

Ok time to take a break from all the political crap I have been posting lately. When I saw this video I cracked up laughing at how excited Rachel Ray got about cleaning corn! Take a look at the video, see how her face lights up? I think someone has a fetish….

So I preordered a T-Mobile G1

I pre-ordered the T-MObile G1 on the day it was announced, 9/23, and got it for $179. And then today I heard that the new 16gb Micro SD card fron Sand Disk will be compatible! I am so excited about that!

“We have completed tests, and the new SanDisk 16GB card will run on the current version of Google’s Android Phone. No new firmware required.” -Google Spokesperson

SanDisk’s 16GB microSDHC card has an MSRP of $99.99 and will be available at Best Buy Mobile stores in October and Verizon Wireless stores in November – the only major retailers in the United States to carry this mobile storage capacity in 2008.

So Needless to say I am extremely happy about this development. My only complaint I have about the phone is its proprietary headset connector, some extended mini-usb port. But hopefully someone will make an adapter so I can plug the phone into a traditional aux jack.
